Eggs, Tomatillo, Salsa & Tortillas

This is a fast, easy, wonderful breakfast that will get you in a good mood!

Heat small amount of vegetable oil in skillet
Cut up flour tortillas into strips and cook in skillet until somewhat golden
Add eggs and small amount of milk
Scramble
Add either fresh, peeled tomatillo or store-bought verde sauce
Add salsa ( I prefer Herdez Medium)
Serve & Eat!
